Charles Kennedy - still best performing Leader6.00.00pm GMT Thu 24th Mar 2005 Charles Kennedy has continued to be the Party Leader that has the highest public satisfaction with his performance as leader in this weeks MORI poll for the FT with a rating of +10. The Liberal Democrats are also up 3% in voting intentions. Whilst Charles Kennedy has a rating of +10, Michael Howard is at -10 and Tony Blair is on -25.
