Liberal Democrats up 5%

Today's Communicate Research / Independent on Sunday opinion poll has put the Liberal Democrats up 5%, Labour are down 1% and the Conservatives down 4%

The poll puts the Liberal Democrats on 23% (+5), Labour are on 39% (-1) and the Conservatives on 31% (-4).
