Massive increase in housing waiting lists uncovered by the Liberal Democrats4.42.05pm UTC (GMT +0000) Mon 14th Nov 2005 The Liberal Democrats have uncovered figures that show the housing waiting lists in the West Midlands have increased by 50% since Labour came to power, there are 137,992 families on waiting lists an increase from the 92,103 families in 1997.
