Liberal Democrat Leader on Birmingham City Council Roger Harmer: “Residents have had enough of tax and waste.”

Speaking at today's Council Cabinet meeting, Acocks Green Councillor and the Liberal Democrat Leader on Birmingham City Council Roger Harmer, said:

 “I am pleased to see more funding arriving from central Government, however it comes with a bitter sting in the tail with another 5% increase in Council Tax, which will worsen the cost of living crisis for residents and comes on top of an 18% hike in the past 2 years.” He added:

"Residents have had enough of Birmingham Labour's tax and waste administration and will vote it out in May."
