Small Heath Swimming Pool Petition

Small Heath Swimming Pool has been closed for more than a decade. Despite repeatedly raising our concerns, our community has been ignored — and an entire generation of children has missed out on learning a vital life skill. This prolonged closure is yet another example of how inner-city areas like ours continue to be let down. We, the undersigned residents of East Birmingham, call for a firm commitment to invest in a modern, fully equipped swimming facility for Small Heath. If this Sports Regeneration Quarter is truly about tackling inequalities and creating real opportunities, then restoring Small Heath Pool must be part of that promise.
